JO Program Rules with Updates and Current FIG Book

Region 6, 

Sean Monaco and Andrew Malaby have done an outstanding job including all of the current updates and rules in one document.

Please be sure that you review all of the changes and clarify any issues prior to competition.

There are other documents including FIG newsletters that are relevant.  Visit NGJA.org for further materials that will help your coaching and routine construction.

AAI High School National Team Championship

We are excited to be hosting the AAI High School National Gymnastics Championship at Arizona State University again this year. 
This is a meet exclusively for high school seniors! 
These young men have put many years of hard work and dedication into our programs.  This is a great way to thank them and send them off to the next chapter of their lives.
This is open to all high school seniors whether they are part of a team at their high school or part of a club program. 
   
The competition will be held at Arizona State University May 18-19th.
